Description
The HR Data and Analysis course provides users of HR data with an overview of the major related data repositories, the most common HR data requests, basic skills of data evaluation and analysis, and the most effective ways to communicate data findings. The course is designed for HR and administrative staff and institute personnel who need to extract and analyze HR data.

NIH staff involved with extracting, analyzing and presenting HR data.

-Current access to Capital HR
-Current access to Data Warehouse Query, HR Workforce & Actions
-Experience working with Capital HR and Data Warehouse
-Experience with Excel graphs and formulas
