Amendments to the NCC Charter

Amendments to the National Coordinating Center (NCC) Charter may be proposed by the Manager, NCS, participating industry or government entities or the NSTAC. Proposed amendments must be approved, as appropriate, by the NSTAC, the NCS Committee of Principals, the Executive Agent, NCS, and the Executive Office of the President.
