File Download
To download a file containing facility information, you must first conduct a "List Search" to select and list all facilities
of interest. Once your list has been produced and displayed on the screen, click on "DOWNLOAD" and follow the
instructions for downloading the file.
The downloadable file includes facility mailing address, which is not displayed on the screen
or in the printed list of facilities.
