Additions and Enhancements
 
Site Restructuring - The site was restructured to improve access to its most commonly used materials, improve usability and more clearly indicate the contents of each section of the site.

• A special Highlight on Underage Drinking page offers a single point of access to all eleven policy topics with particular relevance to underage drinking.
• Links on the left-hand menu have been reordered and grouped into categories.
• The home page has been modified to draw attention to selected items.
• The "Selected Policy Topics" page has been renamed "APIS Policy Topics".
• The "Legislation and Regulation" section has been renamed "Enacted Bills and Adopted Regulations".

New Policy Topics - Two new policy topics were added to the APIS Policy Topics section:

• Loss of Driving Privileges for Alcohol Violations by Minors ("Use/Lose Laws")
• False Identification for Obtaining Alcohol
