Additions and Enhancements

Two new policy topics were added to the APIS Policy Topics section:

Alcohol Beverages Taxes: Sparkling Wine

In the Enacted Bills and Adopted Regulations section, enacted bills have been added through the end of the 2003 regular legislative session for the following jurisdictions:  Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, Oklahoma and Vermont. Enacted bills for 2003 are not yet avalible for California, District of Columbia, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and the United States.
