Automotive Vehicle Solutions GSA Automotive offers an array of deeply-discounted vehicle solutions to meet all of an agency’s automotive needs. When using the GSA Automotive program, customers are ensured direct and easy access to a full spectrum of automotive vehicle solutions. GSA is a mandatory source under FPMR 101-26.501 for purchases of new non-tactical vehicles for DOD, federal executive agencies and other eligible users.

AutoChoice Vehicles, Products, and Services Ordering has never been easier when you use GSA’s online tool, AutoChoice. AutoChoice lets you compare manufacturers, configure vehicles,choose equipment and color options, and view side by side comparisons of vehicle models from manufacturers to help you make a best value selection. You can also use AutoChoice to check your order status, get miles per gallon fuel ratings, select dealerships, run reports and much more!  Vehicles purchased through AutoChoice are built-to-order.

Express Desk

Sometimes you have an urgent need for a vehicle solution and need it NOW! Express Desk can help you purchase off-the-lot vehicle solutions with the proper justifications. More information on the Express Desk option is available through the Automotive Express Desk.

Automotive Superstore

GSA has two Federal Supply Schedule solutions that can also fulfill your vehicle needs! When using the Schedules, you can access vendors directly to place an order for vehicles or accessories or you can contact GSA to place the order on your behalf! More information on these options is available through our CARS line at (703) 605-CARS (2277).

Customers contract with pre-approved vendors and benefit from “most-favored customer” pricing with GSA Schedules (also referred to as Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) and Federal Supply Schedules (FSS).  Please refer to the Order Placement Procedures for MAS [WORD, 55KB] letter explaining the procedures.

Automotive Program Office

If you don’t find what you need and need to purchase it on your own, you are required to request a waiver from GSA’s mandatory use designation. GSA grants waivers of procurement authority on a case-by-case basis in accordance with FPMR 101-26.501(b)(c).
