General Petraeus testified that, at the time Dr. Rice appeared on Sunday talk shows to discuss the Bengazi attack, she stated precisely what she had been told by the CIA about the attack. So, ignorant jackasses like Trey Gowdy need to get the hell off her back.

The is great amount of footage showing unarmed youth storming the embassy. There a number of documentaries were students at the time recount those days...Sure there were some militants but they were mostly students. And we seem to like to use the word terrorist a lot but if what they did in Iran counts as a terrorist act then you must call many units in the American army and our own goverment terrorists or are we somehow exempt

Nope. I didn't live through the '60's. But I was old enough to remember reports from the hostages of being blindfolded, tied up, threatened with execution, all of which sound pretty terrifying to me, hence the word "terrorists". As for being unarmed, hard to imagine how unarmed students could have played Russian Roulette with the hostages. Edmonton Journal, January 21st, 1981.

Yeah, I've heard that line before. A bunch of "unarmed" students held people at the embassy. Hmmm. And, WHY would all of those people stick around when told to by people with no weapons..? THAT one, no one has ever been able to tell me. It fails the logic test.

You need a history lesson....It was un-armed students in Iran who took over the embassy in 1979 not terrorists ...their motivation was Carter's allowing the Shah who he called "an island of stability" a wanted man in Iran into America The Carter claim of "victims of terrorism and anarchy" was ALL politics and not reality. Unlike Reagan who armed and trained terrorists to fight the Russians The very same terrorist we call Al Qaeda and committed 9/11. FACTS AINT THEY A BITCH
