Does the NCVS have information on crime that occurs outside of the U.S.? The NCVS does ask respondents the location of their victimizations and crimes that occur abroad can be included by the respondent. These data are included in the public use data files available on the website for the Inter-University Consortium for Political and Social Research at the University of Michigan (http://www.icpsr.umich.edu/). However, we presently do not have a report that summarizes these data.
