Bryan Hubbard

Director for Public Affairs Operations

Bryan Hubbard was appointed Director of Public Affairs Operations at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) in June 2008.

In this role, Mr. Hubbard directs the agency's press relations, internal communication, and Web and electronic publishing programs. He joined the OCC in May 2005 as a Special Advisor to the Deputy Comptroller for Public Affairs.

Prior to joining the OCC, Mr. Hubbard served in senior public affairs positions at the Defense Finance and Accounting Service, on the public affairs staff of the Secretary of the Air Force, and in the private sector.

Mr. Hubbard earned a bachelor of science in English from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1991 and a master's degree in communication from Arizona State in 1997. He has completed the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government's Senior Executive Fellows program and is a Ragan Communications fellow.
