In the event of an emergency, severe weather conditions, natural disaster, or any other situation which would require Federal offices including the NIH to close, it is important that all employees understand the U.S. Office of Personnel Management’s operating status announcements and what they mean for NIH employees.

and your telework agreement affect how you will respond to changes in operating status, contact your supervisor if you have questions about your tier or telework agreement status.
