US Public Health Service Commissioned Corps (USPHSCC) Call Center
The CIT Telecommunications Call Center Operations section currently provides Call Center services to the US Public Health Service Commissioned Corps (USPHSCC). The USPHSCC is one of America’s seven uniformed services managed by the Office of the Surgeon General. This team of 6,000 highly qualified and motivated public health professionals is dedicated to delivering the Nation’s public health promotion and disease prevention programs and advancing public health science. This Call Center which is managed and operated by CIT staff, supports the USPHSCC mission by handling inbound calls and emails from individuals seeking recruitment into the Corp to aid in the advancement of public health and emergency response.
