With NIH Login there is no need to plan, develop or deploy an expensive authentication system for your application. The NIH Login environment has redundant and fail-over capabilities that ensure high availability 365 days a year.
With NIH Login your web or client server application users can seamlessly access other NIH Login enabled applications with the same account and password. NIH Login also allows for additional application specific authentication and security measures such as firewalls and Active Directory User groups.
