The Division of Enterprise and Custom Applications (DECA) provides a variety of Information Technology (IT) Services that support NIH critical day-to-day operations. DECA offers experienced analysts, developers, designers, and project managers who understand NIH business and government policies and procedures. We are committed to providing top-notch services backed by technical excellence.
DECA provides centralized application development and maintenance capability to the NIH, HHS, and other federal agencies and manages over a hundred software projects that are used by NIH customers and the general public.
DECA also provides consulting services to our clients including contractual work, evaluation of technical proposals, and advice on Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and Government off-the-shelf (GOTS) products to ensure compliance with HHS and NIH Enterprise and Architecture regulations and policies.
