Additions and Enhancements

An item was added to the Explanatory Notes and Limitations for False Identification for Obtaining Alcohol in the APIS Policy Topics section of the Web site.  The item clarifies that the APIS research does not address provisions that authorize license sanctions for alcohol-related offenses other than possession, consumption, or purchase, e.g., "intoxication," "drunkenness," or being "under the influence."

Corrections and Clarifications

False Identification for Obtaining Alcohol Missouri Changed License Suspension Procedure from None t o Judicial and added Mo. Rev. Stat. § 577.500. (This change also affects one of the maps for this policy topic: Map II: Procedure for Imposing License Sanction for Use of False ID.)
False Identification for Obtaining Alcohol Montana Removed check mark for Seizure of ID in the section of the table for Retailer Support Provisions.
Loss of Driving Privileges for Alcohol Violations by Minors ("Use/Lose" Laws) Wyoming Removed the check mark for Consumption in the section of the table for Type of Violation Leading to License Suspension. (Wyoming law authorizes license suspension for a minor being "drunk or under the influence" but not merely for consumption.)
