More States Added to 2003 Enacted Bills and Adopted Regulations section - In the Enacted Bills and Adopted Regulations section, enacted bills have been added through the end of the 2003 regular legislative session for the following jurisdictions: New Hampshire, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin. Enacted bills for 2003 are now available for all jurisdictions except the District of Columbia, New York, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island.

Currency of Federal Law pages - A notice has been added to the top of every Federal Law page to indicate the date through which the information is current.
