The Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) is committed to the privacy of our visitors. We collect no personal information about you when you visit our Web site unless you choose to provide that information to us.

Security and Information Protection

For site security purposes and to ensure that our Web site remains available to all users, this Government computer system employs software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. Anyone using this system expressly consents to such monitoring and is advised that if such monitoring reveals evidence of possible abuse or criminal activity, such evidence may be provided to appropriate law enforcement officials. Privacy Act Notice

The collection of this information is authorized by 39 U.S.C. ยง 503. This information will be used for administering the filing of documents in electronic form by participants in Postal Regulatory Commission proceedings. It may be publicly disclosed under the routine uses given in the Privacy Act system notice published at 64 Fed. Reg. 56819 (1999). Additionally, comments and documents filed with the Commission addressing an active proceeding before the Commission may be posted on its website for the public's information.
