RMs strive to create closer working partnerships between CIT and CIT’s customers by advocating customer needs to CIT and representing CIT services and processes to CIT’s customers. They work to understand the customer’s business needs and connect them with the proper service provider. RMs help with collaborative projects across NIH as well as assisting with any large-scale issues that ICs have with CIT support and services. They are in constant communication with their customers through face-to-face meetings, phone calls and email messages.
