The caMOD cancer Models Database is a curated collection of animal models that have been employed in cancer studies. This resource will provide access to model descriptions and details of the genetics, official nomenclature, publications, histopathology images, availability, and more if the data are available. The queries below will retrieve the current set of models that meet the organ site criteria as indicated. For additional query options, or more background on the caMOD resources, visit the caMOD site. If you are a researcher in possession of a model you are encouraged to submit the information to the caMOD team for curation.
