Information Technology Examination Update Teleconference

On April 5, 2011, the FDIC's San Francisco Regional Office will host a teleconference on the Information Technology Risk Management Program Examination Guidance, common IT examination findings, and Payment Processor Relationships Guidance.
Weaknesses in your bank's information security program can lead to financial loss, identity theft, and loss of customer confidence in your institution and the banking industry. In addition, certain payment processor relationships may expose your bank to regulatory risk and also loss of customer confidence in your institution and the banking industry.
Bank officers, staff members, and directors are welcome to attend. The teleconference is open to FDIC-supervised institutions in the San Francisco Region. Participants may call in from any location and are not required to be onsite at their institution.
