The National Institute of General Medical Sciences Strategic Plan describes the Institute's mission, core principles and strategic goals. Although the plan was originally envisioned as a 5-year guide, it is still current. In light of recent and significant programmatic and leadership changes, we expect to begin a new strategic planning process in 2014.
