We provide outreach and assistance for procurement and contracting opportunities that supports small businesses. Internally, the OSDBU provides small business guidance to contracting and management officials and supports Interior’s minority colleges and universities program.

The Department of the Interior named in Top 25 Government Agencies for Multicultural Business Opportunities

Southport, CT - January 30, 2012/ DiversityBusiness.com -today announced the "Top 25 Government Agencies for Multicultural Business Opportunities. Over 1,200,000 diversity business owners participated in an online election to determine the "Top" 25 organizations and The U.S Department of the Interior was named the #24 government agency for providing business opportunities to diverse business owners throughout the United States .
