Description
Transforms geographic coordinates between datums. Recommended for
Converting coordinate data for mapping, low-accuracy surveying, or navigation.
An on-line interactive version is also available from the Geodetic Tool Kit.
NOAA's Coastal Services Center also offers a windows utility
that does NADCON conversions using shapefiles as input and output.
