Partnering with NICHD

The NICHD welcomes the opportunity to enhance its mission-relevant activities through the thoughtful use of collaborative relationships, including Public-Private Partnerships, Cooperative Research and Development Agreements, and Material Transfer Agreements. The Institute is committed to establishing and maintaining such partnerships in accordance with all relevant NIH and DHHS policies and to assuring maximum benefit for all parties involved.

Donating to NICHD

The NICHD, a component of the NIH, is a research agency of the federal government, funded by congressional appropriations. Although the NICHD does not solicit funds or participate in fund-raising activities, the Institute is authorized by the U.S. Congress to accept gifts and bequests of money or personal property for the purpose of carrying out its activities, pursuant to sections 231 and 405 of the Public Health Service Act, as amended.
