This week the Center for Tobacco Products released the new Potential Tobacco Product Violations Report Form. This form will make it easier for anyone to report potential violations of the Tobacco Control Act and related regulations, allowing the FDA to better monitor compliance with the laws, help reduce the health burden of tobacco use on the American public, and protect America’s youth.
