BodyWorks toolkit program The DHHS OWH
BodyWorks is a program designed to improve the nutrition
and physical activity habits of families of adolescent
girls. The program consists of nine sessions that a
trained facilitator leads with parents and caregivers of
girls 9 to 13. Each family receives a BodyWorks toolkit
that is filled with materials to help the family make
small, specific behavior changes toward healthier living.
