Gerald W. Hart, Ph.D., Director and Professor of Biological Chemistry at Johns Hopkins University, will present "Bittersweet Roles of O-GlcNAcylation in Diabetes, Alzheimer’s Disease and Cancer," on Wednesday, December 7, 2011. The lecture can be viewed via videocast.

Victor Corces, Ph.D., the Arts and Sciences Distinguished Professor and Chair of Biology at Emory University, and a  Howard Hughes Medical Institute Professor, will present "Throwing Transcription for a Loop: The Role of Chromatin Insulators in the 3D Nucleus," on Wednesday, December 14, 2011.
