Mark formerly served for 3-1/2 years as Executive Director of the Government Accountability Project (GAP), a non-profit that represents whistleblowers. Prior to that, he was GAP’s Food and Drug Safety Director, a senior legal consultant to the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, chief counsel and program director for the National Association of Attorneys General, a legal journalist/editor, an assistant professor of communications, and a public radio news director. He is also an award-winning TV host and documentary film producer. Mark earned his JD degree from the Antioch School of Law and an LL.M with honors in international and comparative law from the Georgetown University Law Center.
