Update to 1/1/2011 - The APIS information appearing on this Web site has been updated to include legislative and regulatory changes that took effect on or before 1/1/2011. Vehicular Insurance Exclusion and the five Alcohol Beverage Taxes policy topics have been discontinued and are not included in the update.
Materials of Interest to Researchers - Explanatory text and links to the following materials have been added to the APIS Resources section of the Web site:
1. The Department of Health and Human Services’ Report to Congress on the Prevention and Reduction of Underage Drinking, submitted pursuant to the Sober Truth on Preventing Underage Drinking (STOP) Act;
2. A new resource guide regarding how to measure law for quantitative research; and
3. The Alcohol-Related Disease Impact (ARDI) website produced by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
