Food Service. Food Service Supervisors prepare and serve three daily nutritional, appetizing meals through the use of an inmate work force for the general population and staff; and give guidance and direction to inmate cooks, bakers, meat cutters, and food service workers in sanitation, receiving, handling, storing, and refrigerating.

Qualifications: Must have the ability to do quantity cooking, demonstrated through experience or training in the areas of supervision; aptitude for work with inmates; food service work and technical practices; ability to use and maintain equipment; knowledge of food products; and dexterity and safety.
