This Chapter of the "Shelter Health: Essentials of Care for People Living in Shelter" training kit developed by the National Health Care for the Homeless Council provides information about working with people whom have experienced traumatic experiences that lead to loss.
This part of the guide attempts to raise awareness about the effects of trauma and to provide tools to care for those who have experienced trauma directly and for those who experience the trauma vicariously. (Authors)
