In 2011, OGE retired the DAEOgrams and replaced them with three types of OGE Advisories (Legal, Education, and Program Management). You still have access to the DAEOgrams through this section of the website. OGE has placed each DAEOgram on the appropriate Advisory page; each Advisory page is searchable. For example, if you are looking for the DAEOgram on the ethics rules that are applicable to special Government employees, you would search the Legal Advisories.
Legal Advisories
Through the Legal Advisories, OGE will diseminate substantive legal guidance. The Legal Advisories are intended to be permanent in nature.
