Mission
Assist the ASA (M&RA) in executing oversight of manpower policy, organizational design, and manpower requirements determination in order to promote manpower analysis capability and quality across the Army.
USAMAA Functions
- Develop, implement and oversee a framework for manpower and organizational analyses across the Army
- Validate and approve manpower studies, models, and concept plans
- Lead development process for Army-wide manpower models
- Conduct strategic analysis and special studies for Senior Army leadership
- Shape, supervise and lead change in manpower management
