Entities Which Are Not Substantially Affected Organizations

The following companies, though included on the list of Substantially Affected Organizations (SAOs) from Dunn & Bradstreet (D&B), have been determined NOT to be SAOs. (See General Guidance for SAOs and List of SAOs.) Financial Interests in these companies do not need to be reported on the HHS 717-1 Confidential Report of Financial Interests in Substantially Affected Organizations for NIH Employees.

IC Ethics Office staff who identify an entity on the D&B list whose SAO status is questionable will contact the NIH Ethics Office for a final determination. Confirmed entities will be added to this list.
