Partners

The Office of Cancer Clinical Proteomics Research is working with partners both domestic and international to push forward the field of proteomics through the development of better standards, improved reagents, and high-quality and openly available data to empower the cancer research community.  The office oversees the Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC), a far-reaching group of Proteome Characterization Centers that work collaboratively in order to bring in expertise from both public and private sectors for the advancement of our understanding of cancer biology and the development of potential protein biomarkers.
