Electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF) at NOAA

If you have a question about your official records or need to report an error on your Notification of Personnel Action (SF-50), please contact WFMO staff at wfmo.eopf@noaa.gov. eOPF stores the permanent records that follow an employee throughout his or her federal service, documenting rights, benefits, and entitlements. It is very important that you review your personnel records for accuracy.

New employees are sent a Logon ID and a Welcome letter normally within one month after their hire date. No action by the employee is required. New accounts are processed every two weeks (payday week) after the pay period's transactional data is loaded from NFC. Welcome letters are sent to the employee's government email address.

If you have prior federal service, all of your official documents may not be available at first login. New employees, at a minimum, will see personnel actions effective with their current hire.

If you have been on board longer than one month and have not received an ID, have general questions about eOPF, or want to provide feedback, please send a message to wfmo.eopf@noaa.gov.

If you forget your password or your logon ID, use the self-service links on the eOPF logon screen by clicking on "Forgot your Password?" or "Forgot Your eOPF ID?" NOTE: Use upper-case letters for the entries involving your logon ID and Last name.

If your account is locked, click on "Forgot Your Password?" Successfully resetting your password will unlock your account.

If you get a message at the eOPF logon screen saying you are attempting to access from an unauthorized location, it means you are using a computer with an IP address that is not registered with DOC or OPM. To aid in optimal protection of your personal information, computers accessing eOPF must be within a federal network and have an authorized, registered IP address. Send an email to wfmo.eopf@noaa.gov for instructions on how to authenticate and register an IP address that meets the required criteria.

If you have received your eOPF ID and logon instructions from the Workforce Management Office and you are unable to access the eOPF system, please contact the eOPF Help Desk at eopf_hd@telesishq.com or (866) 275-8518 for technical assistance.
