Charles L. Hall, Jr., RPh, MBA, Branch Chief, PMB

Mr. Hall received his undergraduate pharmacy degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in 1975. He was awarded a Master of Science in Business Organizational Management from the University of LaVerne, California in 1991. Mr. Howells originally joined CTEP as a Clinical Research Pharmacist with the Drug Management and Authorization Section, Pharmaceutical Management Branch in September, 2001. Ravie Kem graduated with a BS in Pharmacy from Xavier University College of Pharmacy and a Doctorate degree in Pharmacy from University of Florida.
