Live White House Virtual Town Hall Held on Disability.gov

July 12, 2011 news release about a virtual Town Hall meeting that was hosted live on Disability.gov on Thursday, July 14. The web-based event included members of the White House Domestic Policy Council, Office of Public Engagement and Office of Presidential Personnel. The President's disability advisors discussed their roles in the administration and addressed questions from the public on topics such as employment, health care, housing and education for individuals with disabilities.
