OTT Widgets and Apps

In an effort to make integration with Office of Technology Transfer data easier, we are creating Web Widgets and Apps. At present, we have two widgets (Twitter and Product Showcase) and one iPhone/iPad compatible app.

iPhone/iPad App - NIH OTT Technology Updates

This iPhone/iPad compatible app provides real time streaming of information on and easy searching for technologies available for licensing. These technologies were developed by intramural scientists at the NIH and FDA and are available to be licensed from NIH for further R&D and potential commercialization. In addition, technologies that require further collaboration through the Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) mechanism are also included in the feed.

Twitter Feeds

This feed widget displays the latest technologies that are made available from NIH for licensing as well as for collaborations for further development.

NIH/FDA Product Showcase

This widget showcases products developed by companies based on NIH and FDA inventions that were licensed to them. Products showcased on this site are utilized every day to detect, treat or prevent disease or assist researchers as they continue to explore ways to develop newer and more effective health care products and procedures.
