Transition assistance services provide separating/retiring service members and their families with the skills, tools and self-confidence necessary to successfully re-enter into the civilian work force and/or seamless transition from the Active Component (AC/RC) that encourages a lifetime of Navy service.
The Career Transition Office (CTO) supports the rapid and seamless transition from the Active Component (AC/RC) that encourages a lifetime of Navy service. The CTO is the central access point for PTS/ECTP approved sailors for transitioning to the Navy Reserves.
