The Navy-Marine Corps Mobilization Processing System (NMCMPS) is a web-based system that provides automated work-flow processing, tracking, and approval of Contingency Operation Augmentation requests and further enables managers at all levels within Navy the visibility of Contingency Augmentation requirements and of their people temporarily assigned to these critical war time billets.  NMCMPS was initially developed for Reserve mobilization processing, but has been expanded to include a Requirements Tracking Module (RTM) on the SIPRNET, Sourcing Module (SM), Order Writing Module (OWM), Augmentation Management Module (AMM) in addition to the Processing Module (PM) on the NIPRNET.

NMCMPS provides end-to-end command visibility and control of integrated augmentation processes and automated work-flow; from the initial operational planning and requesting manpower requirement’s, approving these requirements to be sourced, centralized distribution and order writing, to tracking, accounting, data collection and coordination during activation and recall processing of the people temporarily assigned to these critical wartime billets at intermediate bases to arrival at ultimate duty station and back again.  This includes the mobilization and demobilization of Reserve personnel and the temporary reassignment of Active Duty personnel for emergent manpower requirements.   It allows administrative, operational and ad-hoc Task Force based Chain-of-Command duty stations direct access via the web to monitor from start to finish the status of their manpower request and personnel augmenting to their command.

This website provides general NMCMPS information (User Manuals, reference material, Self-Training Guides, etc.) designed to walk you through the steps to access and use the system.
