Filmmaker Robert Bilheimer traveled around the developing world filming people with HIV for his film A Closer Walk. This photo shows 22-year-old Octavia Dlezi who tested positive soon after losing her husband to AIDS. She has a young child and lives in South Africa. She is just one of more than 22 million with HIV who live in sub-Saharan Africa.
