Sign up for the next DoD Internal Information Collections Training Class on Tuesday 23 April 2013 from 0900-1230 at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA by sending an email to dod.internal.collect@whs.mil. All DoD personnel and Defense contractors with common access cards (CAC) are welcome. See the FAQ and Training tab for more information on training classes.

In accordance with the policy in DoD Instruction 8910.01, do not respond to DoD internal information collection requests that have not been approved by the DoD Internal Information Collections Officer and assigned a report control symbol.
