Family Drug Court

The Department of Justice's Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention is accepting applications for its Family Drug Court program. State, local and Tribal governments are eligible to apply. Nonprofits are not eligible, but may partner with an eligible applicant.

Applicants must demonstrate their ability to provide services to families and children experiencing substance abuse and mental health disorders. Programs will also need to have a sustainability plan that shows how the drug court program will continue once the grant ends.
