Fondation Leducq Alliance Against Sudden Cardiac Death sample sets:
The dataset that RIKEN has agreed to analyze will include ~300 patients with drug-induced torsades de pointes and ~600 drug-exposed controls without marked QT prolongation.
The controls and ~100-150 of the cases come from Vanderbilt.
The remaining samples come from a European/US Trans-Atlantic network funded by the Fondation Leducq. Leducq Investigators contributing samples in the network include the following:
