Collaborating With Our Customers

To help us better understand the needs of the people we serve, USCIS holds:

• Listening Sessions focusing on the customer experience and interaction with the agency, as well as stakeholders’ feedback on USCIS ELIS.
• Webinars to educate stakeholders on USCIS ELIS and ask for feedback from those likely to use USCIS ELIS in the future.

Collaborating with Federal Partner Agencies

USCIS regularly meets with other federal agencies involved in immigration to:

• Provide updates on USCIS ELIS
• Learn from their experiences
• Facilitate information sharing
