FUNDING RESPONSIBILITIES

Government will pay the following costs associated with the National Coordinating Center (NCC):

• The NCC facility
  
  
• Facility overhead and associated costs
  
  
• Administrative support for NCC operations and planning:
  • Secretary
  • Stenographer
  • Duplicating
  • Typing
  • Graphics
    
    
• Providing for NCC survivability to the extent required by the government
  
  
• NCC-related communications expenses:
  • Direct distance dialing
  • 5 button telephone sets
  • FTS
  • Electronic mail service terminals
  • Audio conferencing
  • Diverse and/or avoidance routing
  • Government requested services
  • Transfer switch
  • Specified communications link
  • Personal pagers
  • Automatic dialers
  • Private line service
  • Unique terminal equipment
    
    
• Government-requested relocation or exercise expenses:
  • Actual expense
  • Travel
  • Meals
  • Lodging
  • All directly related costs
  • Any additional industry support

Industry will voluntarily bear the following costs associated with the NCC:

• Representative costs:
  • Salary/benefits
  • Point-of-contact during primary representatives off hours
  • An alternate representative in the event of extended absences of the primary representative
  • Relocation expenses to the NCC site
  • Entity-required training and education
  • Entity-requested travel expenses
  • Costs of supporting the NCC representative internal to the entity
  • Legal services necessary to support the NCC representative
    
    
• Personal direct distance dialing.
