The information on registered sex offenders is mostly provided by the sex offenders listed on this website and is required by law. To assure accuracy and timely postings of updated information, the Dept. of Public Safety, Division of Tribal Police Sex offender Unit warns that the information is subject to continued changes such as; residence, status and other information reading the registered sex offender.

Individuals listed within the registry are included solely by virtue of their conviction record and tribal, federal and state law.
