Third Party Data Entry (3PDE)

Agency users who have a favorably adjudicated Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) can be granted permission for the Third Party Data Entry Role (3PDE) by their user administrator.

Agency users with the 3PDE role can initiate and complete a Standard Form on behalf of an applicant who cannot access e-QIP or who does not have a Social Security Number (such as a Foreign National).
