Technical Corrections - ATPDEA
On December 31, 2002 the Office of the United States Trade Representative published technical corrections to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States in the Federal Register (67 FR 79954, Attachment A). This list provided technical corrections to Presidential Proclamation 7616, dated October 31, 2002. The Andean Trade Promotion and Drug Eradication Act (ATPDEA) Certificate of Origin, CF 449 has been amended to include these changes. Previous versions of the ATPDEA Certificate of Origin, Customs Form 449, should not be used.
