Early Dismissal - Federal employees should check with www.opm.gov for further updates. Operating status for Wednesday, August 24th, will be posted by 4:00am.

Many agencies in the National Capital Region are releasing employees for the day. OPM recommends any remaining agencies in the National Capital Region consider early dismissal for non emergency employees.

Employees need to be aware of traffic and commuting conditions. OPM will update Wednesday's operating status no later than 4:00am Wednesday morning.
